What we collect

When you book we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and any notes you add (such as your hotel or flight number). We collect what you booked, when, and the amount paid. We do not collect or store your card details at any point — those go directly to the payment provider.

Why we need it

To arrange and deliver the tour or transfer you booked, to send your invoice and pickup details, and to keep the accounting records Indonesian law requires.

Who else sees it

• Midtrans (Indonesia) — processes local payments.
• PayPal (United States) — processes international payments.
• Resend (United States) — delivers your invoice and our replies.
• The driver or guide assigned to your booking, who receives your name, pickup point and contact number.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Bookings that were never paid are deleted after 90 days. Paid bookings keep the reference and amount for accounting, but your name, email, phone and notes are removed after 24 months.

Your choices

Email [email protected] with your booking reference to get a copy of what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We will reply within 30 days. If your trip has already happened we may need to keep the transaction record for tax purposes, and will tell you if so.

Cookies

Your cart is stored in your own browser and never sent to us until you check out. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
