Who you are contracting with

Globe Bali Tour is a trading name of CV. Prestige Horizon Indonesia, a business registered in Indonesia. Your contract is with CV. Prestige Horizon Indonesia.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only when payment has cleared and we have sent you an invoice with a booking reference. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. If you pay by a local Indonesian method the amount is converted to rupiah at our published rate at the time of payment, and that rupiah amount is what your bank will show.

What is included

Each tour page lists what its price includes and excludes. Anything not listed as included is not included. Prices are per person for tours, and per vehicle for car charters and airport transfers.

Changes by us

Weather, road conditions, ceremonies and safety may require us to change an itinerary or substitute a site of similar interest. If we cannot deliver a materially equivalent experience we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.

Your responsibilities

Be at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time, give us an accurate contact number, and tell us in advance about medical conditions, mobility needs or dietary requirements. Some activities carry physical risk; take part only if you are fit to do so. Please respect temple dress codes and local custom.

Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in any booking, and you should not travel without it. We strongly recommend a policy covering medical care and emergency evacuation, cancellation, and personal belongings — and, if you are joining a trek, volcano sunrise or watersport, one that covers adventure activities.

Vehicles are supplied by licensed local operators who carry the cover Indonesian law requires of them. That cover is theirs, not a policy we hold on your behalf, and it is no substitute for your own travel insurance.
